A dose of spoken poetry refreshes the soul. Sparing a couple of minutes to listen to the spoken poetry and relating to it makes you feel that you are not alone. When someone finds words for your thoughts, you feel good, as someone somewhere is experiencing the same feelings.
If you love to listen to spoken poetry then you must be having your favourite
poets, a playlist of the set poems, and your happy place where you sit and enjoy the spoken word poetry. We all like different poems spoken in different ways, but today allow me to share a few powerful spoken word poems that might have missed your feed.

During the lockdown, we all had our share of ups and downs. We all thought about the little things we used to do. This poem gives voice to our untold feeling. We all were chasing something but, we forgot ourselves in the process. The speaker summons the emotions and makes us feel alive. It's not necessary to keep running after something, it is more important to take care of yourself.

The poem starts with a thought-provoking statement. Is "beti bachao, beti padhao" enough? This poem focuses on raising awareness among people in our society that it's important to teach our sons how to treat women and respect them. It's high time to bring a change in the mentality of people. This poem motivates people to treat women fairly.

This poem is a perfect example to show that spoken word poetry welcomes issues that are difficult to talk about. People usually don't come up and speak about things that make them feel uncomfortable, but this poem makes its way to the heart of the people who feel anxious in their day-to-day life.

This spoken word poem awakens us to think about what we have done to our mother Earth and why we need to save it? Our small efforts can make the world a better place for the next generations. We often forget to take care of the environment but, this poem reminds us and encourages us to take a step forward to save the environment.
5) Kalam by Krishna

Krishna, a Hindi poet, and storyteller. I came across her poetry while randomly scrolling my youtube feed and once, I listened to her poem, I quickly typed her name and spent around 2 hours listening to her poems and short stories. Her fans connect to her poems and stories to another level. She takes her audience in her world, where they feel her every word. In this poem, she is talking on behalf of a kalam. Her every performance has some special element.
That's all I have for today, if you loved the poems, then, show your love to the artists by liking the poems and sharing them. The masterpieces need to be appreciated. You can subscribe to the YouTube channel Live by FNP Media for more poems.
